I was thinking elongated because of the shape but the color looks all wrong.

I keep looking at the photo but I can't put my finger on it. The color of the shell is stumping me. I thought about trying to adopt it but I don't want to adopt something that I have no idea what it is. :D 20 years from now I have a 200lb tortoise. Lol. :p

Very funny, however---I think you will be aok on this one...don't think it is one of the biggies....

But wait a bit and see what other input you get...I love these threads...:D

No doubt, not a 200 pounder but still funny to picture. ;) Excited to see what others think. :D

Yes it does look like a hingeback but it might not be a bells, but I am real bad at ID'ing the hingebacks.

I successfully picked him up, he got a nice soak and is eating and drinking fine. He is the sweetest guy and he is a male. I ended up making the decision to adopt him and am giving him to someone who I think he will be in better hands with. Someone who really understands Bell's Hingeback's. So, perhaps they will update everyone with pictures and how he is doing since they are a part of this forum. Thanks everyone for ID'ing him..
