if you have a yard,, get that tort outside and let it get some sun and grazing.
Cinder blocks can make a good quick enclosure.

Emysemys operates a turtle and tortoise rescue out of Fresno, I will PM you her phone number. How lucky you are, I would love to find a tortoise in my back yard. Let him graze around your yard and get him some dark leafy greens like, green leaf, romaine, collards, kale, escarole endive and other leafy stuff like that, but grazing your lawn out in the sun would be the best thing....
