This is the start of my outdoor enclosure
For hopefully a soon to be adult sulcata. We will be building the heated house after the rain stops. Also will be planted grass and weeds and other yummy stuff. I may plant a peach tree they are selling at Costco (The fruits are for me!) for pretty shade. I would love to see other outdoor enclosures expessially for sulcatas. I'm doing exactly what you're doing! I dont nave any pictures at the moment, but my area is just my yard with on area fenced off. I wish you the greatest build, and good fortune when it comes to buying wood. My heated house was supposed to be $100.. I'm not done, and its at almost $560.

What is that behind your fence? Looks like a stream or a pond or something?

It is a creek technically but big enough to be a river. It's totally fenced

I also have basically all the materials for the heated house so hopefully not $500!

I was just thinking that it would draw problem type animals, such as coons, skunks, birds of prey, ect.., Depending on what size your sulcata is, you may want to cover the enclosure and even bring him in at night or have a coon proof locked house at night for him.

I don't have any pictures of any but my oldest sulcata enclosure. It shows only part of it and how it looked a month or two ago... which won't help you at all. :D

Yeah I am not too worried, I have large foster Dogs in the pen next to it. No wild life comes around lol. In any case this is for a large tort and it would be in a closed heated house at night. I wouldn't leave it outside.

@mike taylor, I really like the fencing you have around your sulcata pen. I plan to copy it if/when I move and have to re build the pens ;)

I have two or three more of the lids I use for a pond . I will give them to you if you cover shipping . I have never shipped anything like them so don't know how much or how to do it . If you find out how you are more than welcome to have them .

I'm not sure if you are offering to someone specifically. But if not. I'll take one or two. How big are the lids and what city, state are you from?
