I got rid of my ebt breeding colony about a month ago. I was cleaning out their enclosure, ripping up the bushes and preparing it for winterization. I stabbed an egg with the shovel. It was under developed, so I put it aside to take pictures after I searched for the remaining eggs. I noticed it started moving. I placed it in the incubator but it died after two days. But the remaining eggs started to hatch yesterday. I suppose it died Bc the shovel essentially split the yolk sac in half.
