Not to defend them, as I agree that is terrible, but it does say winter/cold weather. I doubt it but I hope this tort gets to live outside during warm weather at least.

That's what I got from the ad as well...he just put him there for photo of what comes w/him...I don't think he's kept there all the time....at least I hope not!
