This is just sad. $400 for what appears to be about a 5-6" sulcata. I'm guessing he's trying to recoup the costs of supplies too. Poor guy is living on alfafa pellets. Not sure if its getting any UVB. I'm guessing its not getting a high enough basking temp either.
Maybe someone could negotiate the price way down to just the tort.
