stupid ?

So I know my girl is grazing and eating the plants I have in her edible garden. But as far as her hay and the weeds I'm giving, what is a good way to feed her so I can monitor amount? And is there a set amount (like in cups or some form of measurement) that they eat in a day or two? Currently I make piles around her pen so as she grazes and walks around she finds them, and she gets about 5-6 cups of weeds and hay. She's approx 15-20lbs and a foot and a half shell length and anywhere from 8-15 yrs old

I generally use the shell size as the basis for the amount of food I offer when offering supplemental foods....
