That's cool, I had two indian stars that hatched out with the same split scute but on opposite sides like yours. There was a third one in that group that had zipper style split scutes...don't know what happened to that guy. He left and never calls or writes.

Ha. I hate it when they never call or write. I had a spider tortoise that ended up going out to arizona tortoise compound, that has an extra/split scute, she was awesome. Shes on their website. That was one of my babies I raised up when I had spiders. I wonder if shes laid any eggs for mick yet.
