Bubba, you can just create a thread and ask away.

At the top of any page, click on either the Tortoise Forum icon with the two conversation bubbles, or over on the right, the word "Forums."

When the new window opens, scroll down to the subject you want to talk about...let's say you want "Introductions". Click on that. When that window opens, up towards the right click on "new topic." The next window that opens will be YOUR window for you to ask your question.
