Not a Gopherus ssp. or a sulcata. Looks as though it could be a Golden Greek to me, but I would recommend asking @HermanniChris for a definitive ID.Sounds promising.
Why not ill give it a shot, I think its a hermanns of some variety, bulbous head, shell shape, neither quite right for a greek.
