I usually go for 12\12 or 14 hours on. I try to mimic the sun outside as well as best as i can.
@Redfoot NERD knows lots about red foots so does @Anyfoot hopefully they can helpWhat would be a good time to turn the lights off for my tortoise?
Off at night maybe an hour before you go to sleep and back on in the morning when you wake up. Guessing that you sleep for 8 or more hours. What would be a good time to turn the lights off for my tortoise?
Thanks!Try not to feed tomatoes too often, it gives them the runs. See if you can get a CHE (Ceramic heat emitter).
A lot of this info is probably very overwhelming. I UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY! Get a note book and start writing things down. You won't be able to remember everything... cute tort btw
OK thanksYou need to warm the enclosure up. 18C is too cold for a redfoot, especially a sick one. Add an extra heater or two to get your lowest temperatures at least 26C.
