Question about RT. Should I be alarmed?

I'm not sure if to worry or not. I have a russian tortoise. Today after having his lunch and taking a nap he went to poke around his tortoise pellets. After poking a while and taking a few steps back, little fella took a --- toilet thingy and sneezed while doing it. Noticed a small amount of clear snot on his face afterwards. Should I be alarmed?

Also, the pellets had a bit of calcium powder on them. Powder isn't visible anymore so I'm not even sure if there's any left. Question #2, can tortoise sneeze after inhaling even the tiniest bit of powder and should it be accompanied with snot?

I'll also add that I had the tort for 8 months. So is it ok if he sneezed only once or is this already alarming? I'm sorry for being paranoid. Just couldn't find any clear information about this on the interwebs. Could find about everything else though...

There is mucous in a tortoises nose and throat and they do sneeze.
I would not be alarmed.

If he keeps sneezing or has any continued discharge. This would NOT be normal.
