Pyramiding/Shellrot?!?

Hello, I was soaking my tortoise today and I noticed some things under his shell. Is this shellrot?

I also wanted to know if he is pyramiding.

I don't see any shell rot but you may want to raise your baby's environment humidity to at least 80% to smooth out his shell growth. Why do you think it's shell rot? Maybe I just can't see it looking at your pics on my iphone

I thought it all looked pretty good. I can't see anything of concern in either pic
