pyramiding and lighting question

Good day! I live in Manila, PH, and I was wondering if this is signs of pyramiding?

Also I keep this sulcata tortoise in an outdoor enclosure. I was wondering if I should still install a UVB lighting when the days are mostly cloudy.

Daytime temps here's around 28C-33C, night time temp is 25C-28C.

Yes is it pyramiding. They should not be raised outdoors. That doesn't even work in their native country in a captive environment.

Pyramiding has nothing to do with UVB, and there is no need to provide UV for a tortoise that see direct sunshine a couple of times per week.

You need to set up a large indoor closed chamber with the heating and lighting inside if you want this tortoise to smooth out and thrive.

25C at night is starting to get too cool. Does is never drop lower than that, even during "winter" or during a heavy storm?
