problem with my Russian's Shell

Hey all,

I wrote last week regarding MissT's shell and a few people said it wasn't shell rot. I took some new pics because the spot has changed a bit. I just want to make sure I really shouldn't be concerned. Also there is a small brownish red spot on her plastron that I am concerned about. Any insight would be great.
