Hi :) I have recently bought some T-Lady Mediterranean tortoise mix seeds from Herbiseed and have started to grow them in some shallow dishes for the 2 year old Hermann. But wondered whether it's ok to actually plant some in her substrate? I'm using top soil and coco coir for substrate.
Thanks! :)

I do this all of the time. They never get to grow very big before being eaten.

No harm will come if that is what you're asking. They will be consumed immediatly upon sprouting, so there is that. I grow mine in trays and rotate them through.
