There is this flowerbed in the front of our house and it's all overgrown. I've been thinking for a while now that it would be great to let some of my torts run around in this stuff. Before I do though I want to make sure that it's all safe.

#1 Here's the big flowerbed:

#2 I was told that this was mint? It takes up about 90% of the space.

#3 I found these little things hidden underneath all the "mint":

#4 These are pretty common weeds, but I just didn't know exactly what they were. My guess is that they are safe:

#5 Here are a couple pictures of the hollyhocks in the back. So far only the two have flowered. The pink and Red. Not sure what colors the other ones will be, but I'm excited to find out :D

#6 These are a very deep/vibrant red. The image just wouldn't come out well though...

#7 And these are just hanging out on the side of the house. Any ideas on what these are?

Any ideas? I know the hollyhock is edible, but what about the rest?

3. Viola or pansy - edible
4. Sow thistle (I think) - edible
5. Hollyhock - edible
6. Hollyhock - edible
7. virginia creeper - my desert tortoises eat it, but the lists say its not edible
