Personal Forum Time

How do I change my personal forum time? Like, my time here is about 4-5 hours behind how it should be, because I didn't set the time right when I became a member and I can't find any tools to edit that?
I'm in the Eastern Time Zone, but I guess I didn't set it right...

Scroll your mouse over your username up in the right corner of the screen, then from the drop down menu choose "personal details" then "preferences" You will see the time zone setting under those headings.
