We'll have to see a picture, however, some skin peeling is normal.

if you are seeing loose flaps of skin especially around the head and neck areas; that would be normal. Just do not try and pull them off; as that can cause tearing of the new skin underneath. Just allow them to come off naturally; increasing soaks can help them slough off.
