Here is my pancake, Captain Flatbeard, doing some acrobatics:

We've had about 8 inches of rain this week, and a lot of turtles are out in harm's way. I've made 3 road rescues.
Last night a cooter was upside down on a very busy street doing a neck bridge to right himself. He must've been nicked by a car to flip over like that in the middle of the street. But his body was fine, and he was moving and acting like a healthy turtle so he was ready for release in a lake.
This common snapper was sitting by the road looking lost. We brought him back to the lake he probably strayed from.
Lastly, this little box turtle was making a mad dash across the road. I took her where she was going into a nature park. This was posted in the box forum already
