Only hides in habba hut

My first tortoise Mario only hides in habba hut and doesn't bask or get out I tried putting spring mix in front of the habba hut but won't budge

Pictures of the tortoise and the enclosure may help narrow down the cause of his inactivity, but with the information that you've provided, my guess would be that your temperatures are too low. we need to know what the are temperatures on the basking spot, the warm side, and the cool side of the enclosure.
