New Weed

This one just sprung up out of nowhere when all the other weeds are dying off. Even the Emu won't eat it. Any idea what it is?

I can't think of the name, but I believe its that one that grows all along the sides of the roads here in Calif. and the kids use it as an hallucinogenic. The plants I remember seeing really didn't look like yours, more full and bushy, however, the flower looks the same.

The flowers do look just like that, but the leaves and stems are totally different. Maybe Stells will help me out.

Kind of looks like a Nicotiana. Do the flowers close in sunshine? If it is the juice is poison.
