I'm most likely getting another turtle on January 26th, at the Portland Metro Reptile Expo, where I got my last turtle, Ginny. Yeah, no further details there.
Anyway, I'm considering getting a boy, seeing as both of my girls have died less than a year after I got them (my Ornate, Bella, lasted six months and my Eastern, Ginny, lasted two weeks) and we've had our male, Shelly, for almost twelve years.
If it was a boy, I was thinking Phelps, after Michael Phelps.
If it was a girl, I was thinking Zendaya or something floral/springy--any suggestions for that?
