New here and in need of tips!

Hi I'm Jon and I'm new to the forum. Although I have reptiles already (3 leopard geckos and a crested gecko) I am waiting until I get back from my summer holiday to get my first tortoise, which will be a Russian/Horsefield tortoise. I have researched and know just about everything I need to know before getting the tortoise.. Any tips!?

Hello and Welcome. Get the enclosure all set up and lighting a d heating all tested out to see that everything is working and heating as needed before the tort arrives. If you get it set up and running, post the details on the forum, we can help you tweak it before the fella arrives.
