I personally couldn't tell you from that view, as I'm not much of a Flapshell expert, but it is a Flapshell Turtle. Judging from where I know you've mentioned living, I'd say it's probably Lissemys punctuata or the Indian Flapshell Turtle.

Maybe an expert like Gerard can correct me if I'm wrong, but Id be willing to bet that this is what you have.

It looks like lissemys, maybe andersoni. Here's a couple of mine...

Wow! Pretty cool that you can tell it may be andersoni just from that underside view! Not like the average keeper gets to see these very often.
