my tort is not eating and making weird noises alot

Hey!

I am just after some help! My tortoise (Taco) is a baby and I really feel like something is wrong.

He hasn't eaten properly in about 4 days and now he is making some really strange noise quite a lot.

I am booking a vet visit but there only availability is from like Tuesday so I just need some advice, help, anything at this point.
