My sulcata is a little over one and his names Waymond(workaholic fans)
So recently I've noticed dry flakyness on his backside and don't if its a shell rot or just dryness. If any has any advice to fix or prevent it from getting worse. I would love to know

Thanks!

Hi Sarah and welcome to the Forum!!

I don't know what causes this, but it wouldn't be harmful to rub a little (stress on the "LITTLE") bit of mineral oil on that portion of the shell. Be sure to polish it all off with a soft cloth.

Mine get that way when they rub themselves against the walls of their pen. I put a little Vita shell on it, and it looks better.
