This is Archies house he's a Hermann, do you think theres anything else I could add to it to make it better for him? It's a 6 ft bookcase turned into a tortoise enclosure so there's plenty of room for him also I'm not keen on the wood chippings I've got what substrate do other people use for theirs? Thanks Ps I do give hin water I'd just cleaned him out that's why it's empty

I would change the substrate out to;

I also would get some brooder light fixtures like these for the uva/uvb/heat lamps that are currently open in the enclosure now;

Haha it's a ping pong ball lol when I was getting ideas for this house someone said they like to play with these so thought why not lol he does play with them but I don't know if he's playing or if they just get in his way so he pushes them out the way haha
