Im wondering if experienced sulcata owners can tell me how does mordy look? hes 5 months old and just recently recovered from a URI. i am taking him for a check up. is there anyone in miami that can recommend a good vet?

also, does anyone know how to clean their necks? hes got a chunk of dirt/substrate on his neck but i cant try to get it without him retreating. i know it doesnt hurt, but i dont want a build up.

I'm not experienced, considering I also don't even have a sulcata, but it sure is cute! It looks like the one I am getting in June.

Just let him soak in some warm water and if he makes a lot of movement while trying to get out it will hopefully come out on its own.

Just Be sure to soak him every couple days in lukewarm water.
Since he just got of out a R.I i would suggest to bump up the temps a little hotter then usual.
Thats a very light Sulcata :)

A good, warm soak should help loosen up the dirt. Soak him often! He looks great.. how long have you had him?
