Lighting question

So I'm building a 2nd story to my tortoise enclosure and my question is what should I use to light up the bottom floor?

I have a MVB bulb for the 2nd floor but don't know what to do about the bottom floor.

As long as the UV is taken care of by the other bulb I see no reason why you couldn't just use a regular incandescent bulb for the rest of the place.
