He is a Greek tortoise. Can you take a picture of the top of his shell, and one of his tummy? And then one more picture of his tail, and we can tell you if he is a boy, or a girl.
The shell pictures help with subspecies. Like, two of my Greeks are Jordanian Greeks, but I also have one that is a Antakyan Greek/Golden Greek cross.

Like Meg said you have a Greek or Spur-thighed tortoise. Most likely it is the subspecies, Testudo graeca zarudnyi. Though I'd need a plastron (bottom shell) picture to be sure.
