I'm new & Hermann Tortoise :)

Hi everyone,

I only just joined this forum. My name is Carissa and I currently have one Red Eared Slider named Lady Thompson. She is turning 11 this year and I have had her since she was a hatchling.

I have fur/feather allergies so I don't have any furry pets inside and have been thinking about adopting a Hermann Tortoise. They are currently about 6 weeks old. I'm quite nervous and must do research to make sure I can give this little Tort the best home possible. So that is why I joined the forum.

I live in British Columbia Canada. What else.... oh I am 39 years old and married. No kids just the turtle, 2 rabbits and 4 guinea pigs that live outside and in a barn/shed. Oh and a fish, Ned. lol.
