Good afternoon. I've been following the care guides on here and online and also the humidity thread about pyramiding. I've had my tortoise since the fall and have been trying to keep temps and humidity up. So my question is...how does he/she look so far?

Nope. No pyramiding. He looks great.

How many people with horribly pyramided tortoises have told you that you "can't" keep a leopard that way?

What does he weigh now?

Thanks, Tom. I plan on keeping my tort pyramid free if I can...at the least almost pyramid-less.

My leopard was born on 10/16/2011, and he arrived at my house on 11/21/2011.

He weighed 38 grams on 11/28/2011. Now, he weight slightly more at 48 grams on 3/9/2012.

I'm a bit concerned with the lack of weight gain--maybe torts gain fewer grams during the winter months?
