How often can they eat Timothy hay and alfalfa hay?? And which hay can I feed to him daily

Mine won't eat it but you could try everyday with Timothy. I unstand alfalfa is a little high in protein.

Russian tortoises hardly eat hay. you could try chopping it up and mixing it with the greens. but don't hold your breath! sulcata and leopard tortoises eat hay.

Hay is not a good food choice for Russians. Here are some things that are good for them:
Mulberry leaves
Grape vine leaves
Hibiscus leaves
African hibiscus leaves
Blue hibiscus leaves
Rose of Sharon leaves
Rose leaves
Geraniums
Gazanias
Lavatera
Pansies
Petunias
Hostas
Honeysuckle
Cape honeysuckle
Leaves and blooms from any squash plant, like pumpkin, cucumber, summer squash, etc...
Young spineless opuntia cactus pads

Weeds:
There are soooooooo many...
Dandelion
Mallow
Filaree
Smooth Sow thistle
Prickly Sow thistle
Milk thistle
