How much sunlight should my baby Iberas recieve?

I live in the uae where temps regularly hit 40c, I don't think leaving them out to deal with it would be a very good idea.
How much time should they spend in the sunlight

An hour a few times a week is enough to meet their UV needs. If its 40C, I would leave them inside and rely on an Arcadia 12% HO time for UV. You can also supplement the diet with calcium powder that already has D3 in it.
