How much should I feed my sulfate tortoise?

I feed my tortoise the same thing everyday and the amount of food the size of his shell? Is that correct? Also do they need to be in an area with grass? Thank you 🙏

I don't know about sulfate tortoises, but Sulcata tortoises I know of. Please check the care sheets on this site, and welcome to the best tortoise forum around.

Tortoises are grazing animals. They should be able to graze on the right foods all day.
They don't "need" an are with grass, but grass is very beneficial and an ideal way to house them, as long as the grass isn't treated with toxic chemicals.
