How big should a female Russian be in order for her to breed? 4+ inches?

The one I have now she's about 8+ inches. The one I'm looking at is 4 1/2 inches close to the size of my male slightly smaller.

I would say a minimum of 6 inches, but like in life the larger the better. (size does matter)
