I'm a new member, but I've visited the site a few times before I actually joined. I live in Oceanside California and I am the owner or owned by my Desert Tortoise "Dozer" which was shortened from bulldozer. I acquired her from a lady on the commuter train, apparently her daughter had a female and male tortoise, and she didn't want the female anymore because the female was too aggressive and kept eating the males food along with her own. I've had her four years and she really love food, she is now seven.
