Today while bathing our hermann we notice a growth between neck and front leg; about 1cm long, looks a bit like a little worm.
Is this something we should worry about?

Take the tweezers and pick it off. There are probably more in there. It's a maggot.

Not a maggot, that I tried before posting, more like a skin outgrowth but I never seen it before

I agree with the others, it's surely some sort of maggot and might take a bit of persuading to come out.
Visit the vet if you can't get it off yourself.

I can't really tell from your pictures, my eyes are not what they used to be. Is it soft or hard? Is is moving? When you pull on it does it seem like it's affixed to just surface of the skin or is it firmly fixed to the deeper tissue? It maybe some kind of a maggot or... Skin growth... I've seen keratin type of skin growths that look like little "horns" on humans. Not sure if torts would get those

Looks like a Cuterebra larvae. Typically they are below the skin surface and see them move around. This looks like it is anchored in 1 location closest to the arm. I would carefully nudge it and see if it moves. If so you would need to be very careful removing it so it is intact. Breaking it can cause an allergic reaction.
