My tortoise got a scratch on her head or at least i think it is. It looks like the scales are cracking away from the other scales and she was bleeding a little bit. Its on the tip of her nose and her neck but shes putting her neck "away"14416371080941578807210.jpg

Just keep it clean. My tortoise got a cut on the top of his head somehow last year. Keep the wound clean and dry and it should heal up fine.

I honestly don't know what to say. Do you have access to extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil? Putting a tiny bit of that on it once every 4-5 days may help if it's because of dry skin? It is also an anti-fungal anti-bacterial etc. Just don't gunk it on or do it any more often than every 4 days. Gotta let it breathe.

Every day for 15 minutes

Ever since i got her she has looked dry. I dont know why
You can increase her soaking to 30 min to a hour and I bring the water up to enough to cover her legs and watch the water if it gets soiled I change it right away. Also you can use some EVCO on her shell (shell only). And probably raise
