Hello, I am new to the forums and have had 3 russians tortoises for about 6 months. Their names are Yuri, Sasha, and Stinky. Sasha and Stinky appear to be females. They are kept indoors here in Iowa, in a 4ft. by 4ft. tortoise table I built. We occassionaly let them roam around the yard when the weather is nice (not now!) I am guessing them to all be 3-5 years old due to their size. In the last month or so they have not been eating as much and burrowing in the mulch much of the time. I suspect this is due to the seasonal changes? They appear healthy when given their weekly baths, just more lethargic lately. From what I am reading I suspect this is normal.
