Got home from work early and decided to take pics of some of our girls. As you can see I keep the juveniles and the adult girls together. The males are kept separate for egg laying season to give the girls some space to focus on laying. The adult girls will be exposed to the males from May-July or thereabouts. I have found that this has lessened the stress on the girls. Nothing more annoying than trying to lay eggs and having a male come by crushing the eggs. Maybe tomorrow it will be the boy's turn. Enjoy.

They look great I love the grumpy look. There also was one that looked like it was smiling. I don't remember which pic. :D

Wow. Mango started off so orange and now she appears to be getting more reddish as she grows.
But as a hatchling she was very orange...

But she did always have that neat neck...

Just kiddin', great looking group you have! I love the coloration on Mango, next cherryhead(s) for me is/are going to be orange, no doubt :)

Chris, Gogo is in pictures #5 and 6. In #5 she is the top tort and in #6 she is the adult to the left. I have oranges galore! I find that the oranges tend to have more color, just not red.

Carl, she looks so clean in your pictures. Here she is constantly in the dirt or wallowing in the mud. Rebelling against the clean, I guess she is going through her grunge phase.

Thanks all, I figured it would help with the monday blues to see some pics.
