Going to build a Hermanns enclosure..advise?

Looking at all advise. I'm looking to build an indoors for the Hermanns I am going to get in the near future. I'm thinking about something similar to the stickied one made for beginners. I'm also curious on what to buy and where to buy good heating bulbs?

Any advise is awesome.

Heating cables run under slate work very well in an open topped tortoise table. In Walters table the rocks are always 90 or 91 degrees, It stays more consistent then any heat bulbs I've tried out.

That sounds good. I'm going open top, as well.

Sounds very convenient compared to bulbs.

90 about ideal rock temp, then?
