I just cant stop looking at craigslist and this just stoped my heart, 5 inch Sulcata Tort in a 10 gallon tank !?!?!? Please he is 5 hours away from me I just can't get to him.... in santa clara... poor baby Look at what he is being fed?!?!

Maybe they would meet you half way. Also you could contact him and try to educated them, so the next owners don't think they can take care of him the same way.

...and how is the tortoise supposed to reach inside that waterer for his drink?

The ad is very misleading because he says the tortoise is only 5", making it sound like that's all he's going to ever be.
