I found two mushrooms in my cat grass pot this morning, I don't think I have anything to worry about but I'm double checking. I have used the dirt in these pots for several months, it is from backyard.
And also I recognize these mushrooms from ones in my backyard. I think I'll just empty the pot, sterilize and plant more cat grass.

Is it more serious please let me know.

Those look like the ones I found in some rotting mulch.
A member said that they were poisonous.
Maybe they are safe. Maybe not, but remove then untill someone can say for sure. Mine fell apart just by touching them and trying to remove them.

I'd suggest getting rid of them: "better be safe than sorry."
