Fruit trees

I don't know if any of you are considering planting any fruit trees for your tortoises (or yourself) this year, but in my area WalMarts are having special ones currently for just under $10. Heights are from about 4'-10'. In this area there are mostly peaches and plums being offered. I have saw a couple of pears and I think a cherry and apple too. A few shade and flowering types too, but I didn't check them out good just recall a few Willows among others.

Would it be ok to put my Greeks enclosure around a a cherry tree i planted last year,It's the part of the garden that gets the most sun but i was a bit worried in case it harmed them, so put them somewhere else
