Flashing his manly bits and biting himself

So I have been watching Tyrone when He soaks himself and he is half in his water and half out ...with his manly bits just hanging out ...he bites himself! Thats the only time I see him biting himself on the leg. It is always after he has been in his water and he is half in and half out.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced something like this.

They were trying to see but their humid glass enclosure was so humid they couldnt see through all the condesation on the glass
