I have two DT hatchlings one is a little bigger than the other but not by much, and I have noticed that the bigger of the two will bite the smaller one on the head whenever I put down food. I have seen it on several occasions and was just wondering if this could potentially become a problem. Should I separate them when its feeding time?

Even hatchlings can show dominance. I would feed separately so you know each is consuming the correct amount of food, and one is not bullying the other. But watch of other signs of bullying it can often be mental as well as physical. Such as blocking the interance of a hide etc.
