Desert box tortoise strikes again

I was looking for some info on the walker recall and decided to peruse the pets sections, several different ads, but this one caught my attention, poor guy needs a beak trim to say the least. In case anyone is wondering it looks like a very dirty russian tortoise, but they are commonly sold as a desert box tortoise.

That cherryhead looks pretty smooth and friendly, obviously we don't know its overall health but anyone looking for a sub-adult/adult might consider it.

The Russians don't look to bad either (except #1's beak needing a trim).
