I'm not the expert on differing young red foots and cherry heads. There is some marbling on the plastron. I'd love to know what you guys think.

Like Terry said we need a plastron picture to say for sure, but it definately has at least Cherryhead in it.

I'll get a plastron shot. I had a feeling I would be told to do that, ha! Just curious about the "get the humidity up" comment.... Why do you automatically assume that I don't have it up??

Here is a plastron shot.

I don't think that last one worked, and it wouldn't let me fix it. I'll try again.

Matt not knowing at what size you acquired him.. early on he was kept too dry because of the "bumpy" carapace.

Yes there is Braziian blood in your youngster that is probly around 2 years old. What is the SCL?

There does seem to be to much difference between head and leg color to be pure Cherryhead. Very nice though. :D

It's a Cherryhead.

Dryness has little to do with the bumpyness...

Are you located in the Northern US? Temperature is the bigger factor.

Once again EJ is alone on his thoughts on bumpiness causes.

Danny

Never heard of head/leg color coordination having anything to do with a 'cherryhead' ID...
